About the Position:
We are currently looking for a Branch Sales Manager to work within our Al Futtaim Motors Team. This role is to assist and support the Regional Sales Manager in managing and controlling the operations and to ensure achievement of Budgeted sales volume, revenue, Gross Margin, F&I sales & Customer and Employee Engagement.
As the Branch Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the set volume and financial targets, whilst managing the overall operations of the respective branch in mentoring and coaching Sales Force to control all activities of sales and support staff in terms of prospecting, qualifying customers, demonstrating product, doing test drives, negotiating & closing deals. You will monitor stocks levels at locations to ensure stock turnover is in line with the budget. You will also manage and control all costs pertaining to sales operations to ensure costs are closely managed and net contribution is optimized.
About You:
To be considered for this exciting role, you should have a Bachelor’s Degree or similarly qualified person with minimum 5 years of managerial sales experience in an automotive industry.
The role aims to ensure that the customer experience is a positive one and the job holder is empowered to make appropriate customer focused decisions where problems have occurred so that we create customers for life.You must have strong communication skills, be a confident decision maker, have excellent leadership skills and be able to influence others.
